Kyleigh Caves, the daughter Troy and Amber Kinnard of Circleville, recently returned from the 2012 Cinderella International Pageant in Las Vegas, Nev. after accomplishing what no other Ohio contestant has ever done - she became a “triple crown” winner in the America’s Amateur Modeling and Talent competition and the Cameo Girl portion of the pageant.
Caves was crowned the 2012 International Model of the Year, the 2012 International Talent of the Year winner and the 2012 Cameo Girl in her age bracket.
In order to win the Model of the Year category, she had to compete in eight different modeling categories and win at least three gold medals. For the Talent of the Year, she competed in four different talent categories, and when the points were tallied, she tied with another girl her age from Texas. This called for a “Talent Off,” where the two girls went head-to-head in front of a panel of judges to break the tie.
Caves used her vocal and dance abilites and compete her musical theatre talent, “Good Morning Baltimore,” and came away the victor.
The next crown was placed on her head as the new 2012 Cameo Girl, which is strictly a beauty pageant where she modeled in her party dress and presented a self-introduction on the stage.
Caves is now completing her year as the reigning Ohio Cinderella Minaiture Miss. She has numerous appearances and shows coming up throughout the year, including the Cinderella float in the Circleville Pumpkin Show parade in October.
