The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

Bruce McFarland, 44, of Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. He was sentenced to two years in state prison at Orient and a five-year suspension of his driver’s license.

Donald B. Mohler III, 26, of Lockbourne, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to two years in state prison at Orient.

Christian G. Salyers, 19, of Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to 24 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month suspension of his driver’s license.

Ronald H. Walsh Jr., 45, of Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to 24 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month suspension of his driver’s license.

Timothy M. Oller, 33, of Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was sentenced to six months in state prison at Orient and a six-month suspension of his driver’s license.

Carla K. Miller, 44, of Orient, pleaded guilty to two counts of forgery and receiving stolen property. She was sentenced to eight months in state prison at Marysville and must pay restitution of $54.38.

Michael T. Bell, 29, of Laurelville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to eight months in state prison at Orient and a six-month suspension of his driver’s license.

Kimberly F. Smith, 46, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to theft. She was sentenced to six months in state prison at Marysville.

Kyle M. Harkness, 21, of South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to theft, forgery and receiving stolen property. He was ordered to pay $1,057.36 in restitution and serve three years of intervention.

Derek M. Binkley, 30, of Stoutsville, pleaded not guilty to possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 12.

Scott E. Bowen Jr., 21, of Kingston, pleaded guilty to improper handling of a firearm. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

James P. Smith, 33, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 12.

Justin M. Sutton, 20, of Circleville, pleaded not guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 12.

Dale Knece, 60, of Circleville, pleaded not guilty to gross sexual imposition. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 12.

Rodney T. Carter, 32, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to felonious assault and two counts of aggravated vehicular assault. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Brooke M. Adams, 20, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to felonious assault. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 12.

Cherisa D. Leist, 29, of Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin. She was sentenced to three years of intervention.

Jerald T. Williams, 43, of Frankfort, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Justin M. Cowell, 19, of Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail and three years of intervention.

Chazz H. Bailes, 23, of Laurelville, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Mark E. Brown Jr., 20, of Circleville, pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Richard S. Tanner II, 25, of Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.

David D. Williams, 46, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.

Ricky J. Giffin, 41, of Circleville, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison (suspended) and ordered to serve three years of community control and pay a $1,000 fine.

Sheldon S. Lowery, 29, of Circleville, pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide, corrupting another with drugs and possession of heroin in the death of David Lemaster. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 12.

Marvin R. Smith Jr., 47, of Orient, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.
