The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

Jackie C. Bloomfield Jr., 26, of Dearborn Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to burglary and two counts of breaking and entering. He was sentenced to four years in state prison at Orient and ordered to pay $5,538.90 in restitution.

Allan M. Walters, 31, of Island Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to robbery and petty theft. He was sentenced to three years in state prison at Orient.

Michael L. Knight, 28, of Walnut Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to burglary. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Sarah R. Stephens, 25, of Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to theft and forgery. A pretrial hearing was held Feb. 14.

Stacy M. Smith, 34, of West Ohio Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to 30 months in state prison at Marysville.

Samantha J. Morris, 29, of St. Rt. 56, Mt. Sterling, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. She was sentenced to eight months in state prison at Marysville.

Timothy D. McFarland, 35, of East High Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs. A pretrial hearing was held Feb. 14.

Angeline L. Abner, 29, of Gallion, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. She was sentenced to 14 months in state prison at Marysville and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

Quashane Varner, 18, an inmate at the Circleville Youth Center, pleaded guilty to assault on a Department of Youth Services employee. He was sentenced to six months in state prison at Orient.

Jessica M. Cook, 27, of Marion, pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of prohibited items into a prison. She was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Marysville.

George J. Poling Jr., 35, of East High Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and ordered to serve three years of community control.

Gregory T. Jordan, 47, of Liberty Hill Road, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

David C. Hinkle, 38, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary. He was sentenced to 36 months in state prison (suspended) and ordered to serve three years of community control and pay a $1,000 fine.

Tracy A. Ferrell, 42, of Corunna, Mich., pleaded not guilty to tampering with evidence. A pretrial hearing was held Feb. 14.

Kelly E. Neal, 40, of South Court Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to forgery and receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Stanley Fairrow, 40, of Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Matthew A. Gilmore, 28, of Second Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to two counts of nonsupport of dependents. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

David L. Evans, 32, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in heroin. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Ray A. Mills, 51, of Walnut Creek Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.

Joshua C. Miller, 25, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison at Orient.

Rhonda M. Fitch, 22, of Ringgold Southern Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to complicity to possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing was held Feb. 14.

Ashley N. Rowley, 24, of Waverly, pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine and possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Rick J. Giffin, 42, of East Ohio Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 10 months in state prison at Orient.

Samuel M. Williams, 35, of St. Rt. 327, Laurelville, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Eugene McClaskey, 18, of Hayward Avenue, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was ordered to attend the Gallipolis Development Center.

Joseph Courtright, 53, of Watt Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was ordered to continue community control plus 30 days in the county jail.

Brian Flory, 41, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was ordered to continue community control with completion of a community-based correctional facility program and work release.

John R. Conkel, 25, of East Union Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Virgil L. Greeno, 48, of Maple Street, Stoutsville, pleaded guilty to a violation of community control. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient.

Joshua E. Smith, 28, of North Court Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He was sentenced to 12 months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

Darrell W. West, 52, of Waverly, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Joshua A. Bigley, 28, of Columbus, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Kelli M. Wampler, 35, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 12 months in state prison (suspended) and ordered to serve three years of community control. She also received a six-month driver’s license suspension.

Kyle J. Meek, 27, of South Court Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.
