The following cases recently were heard by Judge P. Randall Knece in Pickaway County Common Pleas Court:

Charles W. Lemaster, 38, of Pontious Lane, Circleville, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs and two counts of forgery. He was sentenced to four years in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

Dewayne W. Beatty, 32, of Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and possession of crack cocaine. He was sentenced to four years in state prison at Orient.

Russell M. Burris, 44, of Stoutsville Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to burglary. He was sentenced to three years in state prison at Orient.

Joseph R. Shackleford, 31, of Watt Street, Circleville, pleaded guilty to three counts of trafficking in heroin and two counts of trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to three years and four months in state prison at Orient and a six-month driver’s license suspension.

Timothy A. Fausnaugh, 19, of Kingston Court, Circleville, pleaded guilty to burglary and theft. He was sentenced to two and one-half years in state prison at Orient.

Christopher B. Spears, 29, of Clark Drive, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a violation of terms of intervention. He was sentenced to 18 months in state prison at Orient.

Peter M. Plavsity, 41, of South Main Street, New Holland, pleaded not guilty to forgery and receiving stolen property. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Douglas E. Miller, 29, of Silver Maple Drive, Commercial Point, pleaded not guilty to Medicaid eligibility fraud. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Zebediah C. Jackson, 37, of New Albany, pleaded not guilty to nonsupport of dependents. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Sharon A. Musick, 27, of Messmore Road, Ashville, pleaded not guilty to Medicaid eligibility fraud. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Rena E. Jones, 53, of East Franklin Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

George G. Johnson, 52, of Watt Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Lori A. Hall, 50, of East Main Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cocaine. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Kenny L. Adkins, 31, of Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Scott M. Reid, 48, of South Washington Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to theft. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Nathan J. Morgan, 26, of Jackson Road, Kingston, pleaded guilty to four counts of receiving stolen property and one count of theft. He will be sentenced following a pre-sentence investigation by the court.

Trent J. Nungester, 34, of South Scioto Street, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to two counts of trafficking in cocaine and one count of trafficking in heroin. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Mary K. Harding, 36, of Gale Court, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in drugs. A pretrial hearing is set for March 14.

Keifer C. Cathel, 21, of Mill Street, Williamsport, pleaded guilty to theft from the elderly. He was sentenced to three years of intervention.
