Guilty

Timothy Clements Sr., 39, 140 York St., Circleville, pleaded guilty to violation of community control-nonsupport of dependents. He received 30 days in jail.

Kali Craiglow, 22, 117 Pontius Lane, Circleville, pleaded guilty to violating community control and sentenced 30 days in jail and had her community control extended by two years.

Gwen A. Draise, 41, 9050 Tarlton Road, Lot G, Stoutsville, pleaded guilty to violating community control. Her community control was continued with Vivitrol shots.

Danielle R. Friesner, 29, 1340 S. Pickaway St., Circleville, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs and possession of heroin. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Ricky Griffin, 21, 130 Logan St., Circleville, pleaded guilty to violating community control. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

William I. Gumm, 48, 14976 Canal St., South Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to grand theft of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to one year in prison.

Ronjalee Kempton, 43, 710 Whitney Ave., Circleville, pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana. A presentence investigation was ordered.

Nicholas D. Lee, 23, 8411 Stout Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and was sentenced to 16 months in prison.

Jailyn Mack, 28, 3604 Scarberry Drive, Hilliard, pleaded guilty to violation of community control. Community control was continued and she was ordered into an intensive supervision program.

Brandi L. McDaniels, 29, 2144 Sellars St., Ashland, Ky., pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Keith Mosley, 38, 1722 17th St., Portsmouth, pleaded guilty to violating community control–nonsupport of dependents. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

Loretta J. Neff-Gasmire, 51, 237 Parklawn Drive, Circleville pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. A presentence investigation was ordered.

Lyndsey Pauley, 40, 767 Madison Ave., Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to violating her community control–nonsupport of dependent. Community control was continued and she was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Randy A. Rutter, 32, 7068 Hagerty Road, Ashville, pleaded guilty to violating terms of intervention and sentenced to six months at a community based intervention facility.

Shelia M. Seagraves, 42, 636 Garfield Ave., Lancaster, pleaded guilty to forgery. She was sentenced to one year in prison, three years of community service, and ordered to pay $1,736.84 in restitution.

Not guilty

Javeonte Fudge, 16, 416 W. Southern Ave., Springfield, pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and felonious assault. An April 12 pre-trial is scheduled.

Jeffrey S. Graham, 31, 301 Bufflow St., Hamden, Ohio, pleaded not guilty to charges of felonious assault, vandalism and failure to comply. A pre-trial is set for May 10.

Alexis M. Herrell, 24, 9140 Independence Ave., Orient, pleaded not guilty to misuse of a credit card and failure to appear. A pre-trial is scheduled for April 12.

William L. Horne, 47, 4520 Pine Grove Road, S.W., Amanda, pleaded not guilty to a charge of violating community control–nonsupport of dependents. The case will be scheduled for a hearing and no bond was offered.

Brian M. Kitchen, 27, 340 Walnut St., Circleville, pleaded not guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. An April 12 pre-trial is scheduled.

Keely L. Martin, 23, 21042 SR 104, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs. A May 10 pre-trial was set.

David McCain, 52, 508 Johnson Road, Chillicothe, pleaded not guilty to a charge of violating community control. A hearing will be set.

Mark S. Rothe II, 42, 636 Garfield Ave., Lancaster, pleaded not guilty to a charge of failing to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. A pre-trial is scheduled for May 10.

Competency hearing

Justin M. Taylor, 1793 Creekhill Road, charged with aggravated burglary and theft, was found competent to stand trial.
