Author Speaks to Circleville Noon Rotary

Dr. Miriam Intrator, Special Collections Librarian at Ohio University, was the guest speaker at Circleville Noon Rotary this week. She is the daughter-in-law of Circleville residents, Dr. Charles and Mollie Hedges. Miriam is considered an international expert on the cultural and intellectual destruction suffered in Europe during WWII and plans for postwar reconstruction regarding books, libraries and archives. Earlier this year, her book, “Books Without Borders,” was published. From the left are Bob McCrady, club president; Charles Hedges; Mollie Hedges; Miriam’s husband, Christopher Hedges; and Miriam.
