CIRCLEVILLE — Cook’s Creek Golf Course is going purple with an event to support Alzheimer’s research and the walk to end Alzheimer’s
The event is Saturday, June 15 at the club from open to close. Anyone wearing the color purple will have 15 percent of their receipts, including golfing fees, food and all beverages donated to the Walk to End Alzheimer’s organization, which raises money for research.
While the fundraising is all day, the walk hour is from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Cook’s room, where there will be appetizers, door prizes and people from the Circleville Walk Committee present to give information on the walk happening at Mary Virginia Crites Hannan Park on Aug. 24.
Cooks Creek is located at 16405 U.S. 23 in South Bloomfield.
