Pleadings before Judge P. Randall Knece of the Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas
Ameir Baker, 18, Circleville Youth Center, received 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to assaulting a corrections officer.
Amy Dean, 36, 1901 Gabrielle Drive, Hilliard, pleaded guilty to violation of community control and received 60 days in jail.
Michael Fausnaugh, 40, 118 York St., Circleville, had a pre-sentence investigation ordered after pleading guilty to charges of tampering with evidence, theft, forgery, receiving stolen property and possession of criminal tools.
Tyson G, Groves, 38, 125 Cromley St., Ashville, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property, felony fleeing and eluding. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
Alexis M. Harrell, 24, 6986 Old Tarlton Pike, Circleville, pleaded guilty to misusing a credit card and failing to appear. A pre-sentence was ordered.
Kenton R. Parker, 19, 3403 Timber Run Drive, Columbus, pleaded guilty to a single charge of receiving stolen property, and had a pre-sentence investigation ordered on him.
Mark S. Rothe II, 34, 2065 River Road, Apt. 20, Chillicothe, pleaded guilty to felony fleeing and eluding. He received 18 months in prison and a 10-year suspension of his driver’s license.
Perry Oberly, 59, 132 W. Union St., Circleville, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of community control and received a 30-month prison sentence.
Not Guilty (Each pretrial is scheduled for July 19)
William J. Haddox, 1925 Oakland Place, Columbus, pleaded not guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. A pretrial was scheduled.
Donald M. Hopkins, 43, 118 York St., Circleville, had a pretrial scheduled after pleading not guilty to a single charge of having a weapon under disability.
Dianna G. Losey, 52, 123 N. 8th St., Hebron, pleaded not guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs. A pretrial was scheduled.
Christopher M. Rogers, 32, 121 W. Ohio St., Apt. 2, Circleville, had a pretrial scheduled after pleading not guilty to tampering with evidence, having weapons under disability, trafficking in marijuana, and obstructing official business.
