Noble receives scholarship

The GFWC Circleville Junior Women’s Club was established in 1948 by Martha Poling. Joining the largest women’s organization in the country, this service club works to better the community in which we live while educating our members. For 60 years, we have worked selling pumpkin pie at Court and Main where our Pumpkin Show funds provide the support of all projects, scholarships and donations. In honor of the founding member Mrs. Poling, a $1000.00 scholarship has been awarded to Jarod Noble, a student from Logan Elm High School. He was presented a certificate during the Senior Awards Program by the CJW club’s Vice President Stacia Bauman. Jarod is the son of Rick and Lisa Noble and will be studying Mechanical Engineering at Ohio University.
