Unioto senior named 2023 Student of the Year

CHILLICOTHE – Roxanne Storts-Berio, a senior in Visual Communication & Design at Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center, was named Student of the Year and delivered the student address to the Class of 2023 at the career center’s completion ceremony Thursday night.
