10:12 a.m. A man went to the police department to report that while walking along East Main Street across from Kroger’s, he was chased by a German shepherd dog who lives in the area. The dog, he said, chased him into the street.

1:13 p.m. A man took off running when a woman found him in her daughter’s home on South Washington Street. A description of the male included him wearing blue jeans and having black hair. Police took a report for burglary.

10:54 p.m. Dale A. Moore was arrested following a call to police about a man waving a gun and cursing at passers-by from a white Ford Ranger truck on Sumpter Drive. He was taken to the Pickaway County Jail.

June 4

9:34 a.m. An East Main Street caller contacted police informing them that his friend is causing an argument because he declined to go work a job with him. The caller did not want file a report, but just to make police aware of the situation.

9:52 a.m. Police were called out to the East Union Street area on reports that a Rottweiler dog was chasing people and being vicious. By the time of their arrival, the dog had been placed back in its yard. A second call to police shortly before 5 p.m. reported canines running loose from an East Main Street location. The addresses are redacted from each report so it is unclear if they are the same residences.

2:52 p.m. A pawnshop in the 100 block of East Main Street had a fishing reel stolen from the store. Police took a report.

3:26 p.m. A man called police reporting that his home in the 300 block of Cedar Heights Road was broken into with all the windows busted and items missing. He also told police a short time later that a neighbor had seen a vehicle pull up to his residence. A report was taken.

6:50 p.m. Police responded to a Watt Street residence where a father and son were allegedly in a physical altercation in the front yard. A caller reported that the two were rolling around in the yard and that one of them fled the scene, though the caller was unsure whom. A report was taken.

7:15 p.m. A man was arrested on a charge of domestic violence and a summons issued to a woman for the same after an open emergency-911 line revealed a female voice in the background telling a male to get out of the South Scioto Court home because she “was through with him.” Arrested was Antonio Antoine Richardson, 34, who was taken to the Pickaway County Jail. Nora Susan Blake was issued the summons. A report was taken.

9:18 p.m. Police were dispatched to a market in the 100 block of Harrison Street regarding three juveniles who were stealing items from the store and then destroying them. A report was taken.
