Caller on Villa Dr. advises a male she has never seen before is banging on her door yelling he needs her to take him out of state. Male left residence and is now banging on other peoples’ doors. Male is now in care of a caretaker until relative arrives.

Caller on W. Main St. advises two people are hiding inside hallway in closet and won’t leave and people are poking their fingers through the door and he can see him. Caller has been advised there is nobody in his apartment after officers did a search. Caller declined squad or medical treatment.

Owner of Carnival Foods building received phone call that there is a box truck in the rear of Carnival backed up to loading dock. Checked OK. Delivery company has a new driver with him and was giving him some practice at loading dock since it is not being used.
