Caller reports male subject in white Ford pickup truck parked in front yard with lights on and that he is attempting to come in the Faye Ave. residence. Negative burglary in progress. Subject was en route to area of Ray but turned down Faye by accident. Checked OK. Male sent on his way and advised not to return.

PCSO reports 9-1-1 hang-up call. PCSO advises there was no voice contact and no call back number available. Advised being able to possibly hear a scanner in the background. Nothing found. Everything checks OK.

Kwik Stop Sunoco clerk reports silver Buick occupied by two females who appear to be under the influence of something and have their car parked next to the front door. Report taken. Arrest made on Mandy Cordell and Tashia Ramey on Drug Possession.

Caller reports upstairs neighbor’s son is acting out and claiming his mother hit him in the face, however, he shows no signs of being assaulted. Caller couldn’t provide information as to how old the male is. Report taken. Arrest made on Brandon Bush for Domestic. Charges on Lori Bush for Domestic.

Passerby in 600 block of S. Court St. reports two subjects in the area just north of Dairy Queen who appear to be in a verbal dispute, yelling profanities at each other. No subjects in the area. Unable to locate.

Caller at Circleville Fire Station 2 reports male subject who appeared to be intoxicated while walking laid down behind the fire station. Report taken. Subject turned over to another agency.

Caller on Huston St. reports someone has broken into her sister’s residence. Caller advises this is something she just noticed but isn’t sure when it happened. No report taken. With condition of residence, there was no way to tell if there had been a burglary. Homeowner and sister unable to advise as well.

Caller at Speedway East advises a male subject walking toward town when she was coming to work this morning who was stumbling and almost fell into the road. Male checked OK. Is handicapped, not drunk.

Per PCSO, out at Shoe Show with subject with warrant through Circleville PD. PCSO wants officer to meet deputy to transport subject to jail. Report taken on arrest of Christopher Coffenberger.

Caller advises repossession of 2002 Infinity on South Scioto St. Information obtained.

Subject on station reporting his PNC Visa Bank card was stolen from his wallet as well as his cash in the sum of $50. Report taken.

Officer marked out on Harrison St. for disabled vehicle. Vehicle has been pushed out of the roadway and he will be doing some repairs to it.

Anonymous caller on Clinton St. advises two males are fighting in the front yard and then went inside the residence. Caller advises the younger male hit the older male so hard it knocked him off his feet. Report taken on dispute.

Owner of Charmion Performing Arts advises a male is passed out on the side steps of his building that leads to upper parking area. Report taken. Arrest made on Bradlee Boysel.

Disabled vehicle on Island Rd. by Overpass. Male has been dropped off at Martin Auto Sales.

Caller at Tim Hortons advises of a reckless operating vehicle that almost wrecked into several vehicles on U.S. 23. Unable to locate vehicle.

Caller at Kroger advises a silver Nissan in parking lot with two small kids in car by themselves. Kids checked OK.

Officer marked out with a semi that has traffic backed up near Speedway East and is trying to make a turn. Semi able to get turned. Clear with no report.

Caller at Bella Zari Hair Studio advises he walked out to his vehicle and the mirror was missing. Looks like someone knocked it off. Report taken on property damage.

Train stopped at railroad tracks on W. Main Street and is not moving. Information obtained. Train is now moving at 1800 hours.

Caller requests officer in E. High St. and S. Washington St. area due to occupants in a white vehicle passed out with their faces pressed against the window glass. Unable to locate vehicle or occupants.

9-1-1 caller advises they were stuck behind the train for over an hour at crossing at Brown St. Information obtained. Call documented. Train to be down for at least another 30 minutes after call.

Caller requests officer to creek near Pontious Lane due to three juveniles attempting to use a sled as a boat. Unable to locate juveniles.

Came on station requesting to speak with officer due to receiving threatening phone call while at Speedway North. No report taken at this time.

Caller at RR tracks at S. Pickaway St. advises an injury accident involving two vehicles. One vehicle described as red Ford F-150. 69-year-old female experiencing pain in the lower back. Report taken on injury accident. Medic 2 non-transport on patient refusal.

Came on station advising a found black wallet. Report taken on found property.

Caller on S. Scioto St. advises a black Honda parked at location for more than four days. Driver’s front and rear tires marked.

Caller at Lighthouse Baptist Church on S. Court St. requests officer due to shirtless male stumbling around for an hour under the awning at the rear of the church. Checked OK by officer. Male is on new heart medication.

Caller requests officer due to male subject yelling in S. Court St. area. Caller states he is potentially a danger to society and would like it investigated. Caller also advises another male subject is attempting to get the disturbed male back inside the residence. Checked OK. Male has been picked up and given a ride back to his residence.

Caller on Barry St. requests officer due to two Jehovah’s Witnesses going door to door. Caller states they cornered her children two days in a row, handing them “Jesus Pamphlets”. Caller describes the two males as wearing black pants, white shirts, and ties. Males are driving silver SUV. Unable to locate subjects.

Caller advises a male subject that had charges of domestic violence and assault through Franklin Co. Caller states under the court order this individual is not allowed to consume alcohol and is currently at Main Street Pub drinking. Unable to locate. Unable to find information on male in LEADS or OHLEG.

Officers marked out at E. Union St. Arrest made on Scott L. Shadwick,Jr. for warrant out of Pike Co. Sheriff’s Office. Prisoner transported to Pickaway County Jail. Report taken.

Caller advises of vehicle repossession in front of E. Main St. location by National Asset Recovery. Information obtained and documented on vehicle repossession.

Caller at Berger Hospital advises of a female who came into the hospital advising of an injury that occurred the previous night. She did not remember how it happened. ER personnel advises female was discharged. Officer dispatched to Highland Avenue, the female’s last known address. Unable to locate female. Officer made contact with individual at the location who advised the female no longer lives there. Attempted to make contact via cell phone. Was advised by male who answered that it was not a valid number for the female.

Officers marked out at York St. location to check a male subject with a warrant. Unable to locate.

Officer marked out at Nicholas Drive location for miscellaneous complaint. Unable to locate subject.

Caller at Zanzi’s Pizza reports a group of five to six subjects who appear to be under the influence of narcotics. Caller describes one female as pulling at her clothes as if she had bugs on her. No subjects located in area.

Caller on Cedar Heights Rd. reports she believes someone was knocking on her back bedroom window. Checked OK. No subjects outside in the area.

Caller reports her daughter advised her of a couple of people messing around in the garage near the entrance to the Brookside Trailer Park. Unable to locate suspects in reference to the breaking and entering. Report taken for criminal damaging on unrelated incident.
