Mark Streitenberger received a three-year prison sentence June 6 after pleading guilty to trafficking in marijuana. In November, authorities found 51 pounds of marijuana in the Kingston home where he was staying.

Guilty

Sergey O. Babyak, 25, 5075 Plain City-Georgesville Road, Plain City, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence and aggravated possession of drugs. He received a 36-month prison sentence that was suspended, three years of community control and six months at a community based correctional facility.

Joshua Binkley, 34, Meadow Drive, Circleville, was sentenced to six months at a community based correctional facility after pleading guilty to violating his community control.

Joey E. Byrum, 37, 7753 Tarlton Road, Circleville, pleaded guilty to a single charge of non-support of defendants. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Bobby Fausnaugh, 42, 150 Fairview Blvd., Circleville, had a pre-sentence investigation ordered after he pleaded guilty to a single charge of receiving stolen property.

Erik W. Ferrell, 1731 Sullivant Ave., Columbus, was sentenced to 18 months in prison and ordered to pay $2,500 in restitution after he pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering and failure to appear.

Amber B. Logan, 39, 118 York St., Circleville, received an 18-month prison sentence (suspended) and placed on three years of community control after she pleaded guilty to charges of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, and illegal processing of drug documents.

Stephanie Palmer, 34, 2898 E. 13th St., Columbus, pleaded guilty to a violation of her community control. The community control was continued with PARS and Vivitrol.

Arnold L. Pennington Jr., 39, 1313 South St., Circleville, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and received a one-year prison sentence.

Dustin M. Reed, 35, 1082 Georgia Road, Circleville, had his intervention continued with 30 days in jail and 90 days with GPS monitoring after pleading guilty to a violation of community control.

James T. Rose, 44, 134 Lowery Lane, Circleville, pleaded guilty to violating the terms of his intervention. The intervention was continued with PARS and Vivitrol.

Michael S. Sexton, 48, 580 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 6, Circleville, received a 15-month suspended prison sentence and three years of community control after pleading guilty to a charge of aggravated assault.

Raymond E. Sisco, 53, 8520 Clearport Road, Lancaster, pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to 18 months plus 675 days in prison.

Herschel A. Snyder, 58, 903 S. Washington St., Circleville, received 30 months in prison after pleading guilty to violating his community control.

Ryan D. Stevens, 38, 15335 S. Perry Road, Laurelville, had ordered for him a pre-sentence investigation after he pleaded guilty to a single charge of operating a vehicle while impaired.

Mark Streitenberger, 12175 Heffner Road, Kingston, pleaded guilty to a single charge of trafficking in marijuana. He was sentenced to 36 months in prison and ordered to pay an $11,011 forfeiture.

Not Guilty

Laura E. Dresbach, 25, 123 Dunmore Road, Circleville, pleaded not guilty to charges of theft, theft from the elderly and forgery. A July 19 pre-trial was scheduled.

Michael A. McCabe Jr., 37, 47 Circle Ave., New Holland, pleaded not guilty to a violation of community control – nonsupport of defendants. A hearing was set.

Joshua A. Peters, 42, 120 Parkview Ave., Circleville, pleaded not guilty to a single charge of grand theft. A July 19 pretrial was scheduled.
