Donald E. Cassady, 48, 13882 Matville Road, Orient, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of cocaine and received a 12-month prison sentence (suspended) and three years of community control.
Heath Dickerson, 45, 13380 Tenny Road, Lot #55, Mount Sterling, received a 30-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to having weapons under disability and handling a firearm while in a motor vehicle
Andrew M. Dunn Sr., 31, 415 Rose Ave., Washington Court House, pleaded guilty to a single charge of vandalism and was given a 12-month prison sentence (suspended,) three years of community control and 60 days in the county jail.
Alyssa M. Gloyd, 30, 160 East St., Ashville, pleaded guilty to violating terms of intervention. Her intervention was continued and she was ordered to complete the STAR relapse program and then transitional housing.
Shyia R. Harvey, 20, 2604 N. Court St., Circleville, had ordered for her a pre-sentence investigation after pleading guilty to a single charge of failure to appear.
Jessica L. Lewis, 36, 674 S. Terrace Ave., Columbus, pleaded guilty to the charge of non-support of dependents and had a pre-sentence investigation ordered.
Michael A. McCabe Jr., 37, 363 Randolph St., Ashville, pleaded guilty to violating his community control by non-support of dependents and was sentenced to six months in a community based correctional facility.
Clinton E. Compton, 34, 878 ½ Dennison Avenue, Columbus, pleaded not guilty to improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle. A July 19 pretrial was ordered.
William L. Gumm, 48, 14976 Canal St., South Bloomfield, had a July 19 pretrial set after entering a not guilty plea to the charge of aggravated possession of drugs.
Harold W. Patterson, 44, 21 Danielson Circle, South Bloomfield, pleaded not guilty to a charge of aggravated possession of drugs and received a pretrial date of July 19.
Justin M. Riley, 33, 145 Murphy St., North Augusta, S.C., will have a July 19 pretrial after pleading not guilty to a single forgery charge.
Jeffrey J. Sims, 55, 461 E. Ohio St., Circleville, pleaded not guilty to a charge of domestic violence. A July 19 pretrial was set.
