June 9

5:01 a.m. A West High Street caller said a male was on the front porch yelling that snakes were after him and he is trying to knock in the front door to the residence. Arrest made on Brian L. Pennington for disorderly conduct.

2:14 p.m. A Town street caller believes her 13-year-old son is drunk, has a bottle of liquor in his bag, and is acting out. A report was taken and the mother was advised to contact his probation officer.

8:33 p.m. On South Scioto Street, a caller requested an officer after hearing a female subject in the apartment above tell the male half to quit hitting her. Caller stated she then heard the female start crying. A report was taken.

June 10

6:27 a.m. A West Mound Street caller alleges that when a male was asked to leave the residence, he began hurling metal throwing stars at the people on the porch. The suspect was last seen walking south on Scioto Street between Mound and Ohio streets. Police took a report about the dispute; they did not locate the suspect in the area.

8:09 a.m. Someone has twice dumped a bunch of screws behind a North Scioto Street garage located in the rear of the residence. A report for criminal mischief was taken.

6:50 p.m. The Tractor Supply Co. reported that somebody had stolen a trailer from its U.S. Route 23 location. A report was taken.

June 11

12:50 a.m. At a Pontious Lane apartment complex, a caller advised about a disturbance involving adults and a child screaming that she believed was getting out of hand. Officer advised everything checked out OK.

4:47 a.m. The Tractor Supply on U.S. Route 23 reported that a yellow and black zero-turn Cub Cadet lawnmower had been stolen sometime during the evening.

10:21 a.m. An East Union Street resident reported that her gate was open to her backyard and things are knocked over and a bicycle is missing. Report taken.

12:58 p.m. A woman reported that she paid some people to do yard work and put up gutters, but they haven’t done it yet. Information taken but the matter is a civil one.

3:59 p.m. A man living in the 400 block of East Franklin Street requested an officer to show video of a person stealing cigarettes off his front porch. A report was taken.

June 12

2:14 a.m. A woman in the 600 block of Elm Avenue went to the Circleville Police Department and reported that she was awakened by a male who was assaulting her. A report was taken and she was transported to Berger Hospital. Arrested was Isaac Austin Fair, who was transported to the Pickaway County Jail.
