Circleville - Charles Nelson Garrabrant, 53, of Circleville, Ohio died March 5, 2023 at OSU Heart Center due to complications. He was born December 14, 1969, the son of Robert and Betty (Newman) Garrabrant. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Charles and Ada Newman of Kentucky, Robert and Ruth Garrabrant of Ohio, his father Robert L. Garrabrant and his beloved girlfriend Nesha Gibson. He is survived by his mother Betty (Newman) Garrabrant of Circleville, and one brother David Garrabrant of Laurelville. Friends and family may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023 at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow in Jackson Township Cemetery.
